Rosalia

Rosalia Vila is a Spanish flamenco and pop singer. When she was a teenager, she has worked both in traditional and popular music. However, her singing interests have broadened to encompass soul and hip-hop. Pepe Habichuela has described her vocals as being crisp and sweet but possessing a bit of bite. El Mal Querer, her second album following Los Angeles in 2017, was both a critical and commercial hit. It was a top hit on the Billboard Latin Pop Albums Chart and received an Grammy. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Motomami was her third full-length album. It included collaborations on songwriting with other performers and producers like Cory Henry. The set was released on March 20, 2022 after performances of the single Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia became the first Spanish solo artist to perform on the show on Saturday Night Live. Motomami the album by Rosalia that has won three Latin Grammy Awards also made her the first female to have the Latin Album of the Year be awarded twice.
